I read every message that comes through this page. If you have a question about your vehicle, a topic you want me to cover, or feedback about something I got wrong — I want to hear from you.
This site is run by one person. Emran Russell. Not a team, not a support department. Me. That means responses are personal and genuine, and it also means I cannot always reply within the same day. I aim to respond to every message within 2 to 3 business days.
How to Reach Me
Contact Form The fastest and most reliable way to reach me is through the form below. Fill in your name, email address, and message and I will get back to you directly.
Email If you prefer to write directly, you can reach me at: info@automobilebee.com
Please use a descriptive subject line so I can prioritize your message appropriately. Messages sent to the contact form and email are both read personally by me.
What I Can Help With
Vehicle questions and diagnosis If you are trying to diagnose a problem with your car and cannot find a clear answer, send me the details. Year, make, model, mileage, what the symptom is, when it started, and what you have already checked. The more specific you are, the more useful my response can be. I cannot guarantee a response to every vehicle question, but I read them all and use them to guide future articles.
Article requests and topic suggestions If there is something you want me to cover that I have not written about yet, tell me. Several articles on this site exist specifically because a reader asked about something I had not addressed. Your suggestions genuinely influence what gets published here.
Corrections and errors If you find something on this site that is factually wrong, please tell me. I take accuracy seriously and I would rather be corrected than leave incorrect information published. Include the article URL and the specific section so I can review it quickly.
Collaboration and partnerships If you represent a brand, product, or service relevant to the automotive space and want to discuss a potential partnership, you can reach me at info@automobilebee.com with the subject line “Partnership Inquiry.” I evaluate every partnership request against my editorial standards. I do not publish sponsored content that I would not stand behind independently, and I decline partnerships with products I have not evaluated and found reliable.
Guest posting AutomobileBee does not accept unsolicited guest posts. All content on this site is written by me personally. If you believe you have expertise that would genuinely serve this site’s readers and want to discuss a contribution, reach out with a specific proposal and your credentials. Generic guest post pitches are not responded to.
Response Times
I respond to most messages within 2 to 3 business days. During periods of high volume it may take up to 5 business days. I do not have a support team — all responses come from me personally, which means they take longer but are also more useful.
If your question is urgent and vehicle-safety related, please consult a qualified mechanic in your area rather than waiting for my response. Online advice, including mine, is not a substitute for hands-on diagnosis of a vehicle safety issue.
What I Cannot Help With
There are a few things outside what I can usefully address through this contact page.
I cannot provide real-time diagnosis of active mechanical emergencies. If your car is making a noise right now that you are concerned about, stop driving it and have it inspected by a mechanic in person.
I cannot provide legal or insurance advice related to vehicle incidents or purchases.
I cannot provide pricing estimates that are specific to your geographic area. Labor rates and parts prices vary significantly by region and I do not have visibility into your local market.
I do not respond to link exchange requests, SEO service offers, or content syndication requests.
